Araa Consulting and Training was established in the UAE in 1996 by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Najjar, out of his belief in his societal role in providing psychological consultations and training courses in an effort to contribute to the accelerated human development process led by the UAE towards the future.

We provide institutional consulting services for psychological support and happiness for employees, in addition to formulating, researching and studying institutional human development strategies in addition to other areas of support.
Training
We believe that human development is the key to anticipating the future of individuals, so the center offers a series of training courses by a group of specialists in various fields.
Psychological consultations
To support the stability of individuals and families, consolidate marital relationships, and spread happiness, we work to provide specialized psychological counseling services and support patients and their families in supporting their treatment journey towards happiness and stability, with all professionalism, confidentiality, and complete privacy.
The psychological counseling service is provided by specialists and psychological experts led by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz Al-Najjar.
